I created CDC after seeing, from inside large organizations, how even the best-equipped teams lose time and money on processes nobody stopped to simplify. In SMEs, without the same access to in-house specialists, that problem is even bigger, and that's where I want to make a difference.
I bring the experience of someone who lived this from the inside: at Thales, as Program Manager, working with Power BI, project financial control and coordination of multidisciplinary teams in a high-demand environment; before that, at Groupe ADF, as Budget Controller, turning complex analysis into clear decisions for operational managers.
I know the inside of organizations: the processes that work and the ones that block everything. That's the field knowledge I bring to every CDC project: clear decisions and systems that work, not reports nobody implements.
