These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the cdc-corporation.com website and the data consulting, automation and applied artificial intelligence services provided by CDC - Digital Projects. By using this site or engaging the services, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
CDC - Digital Projects is a project in development, with services provided on an individual basis by Pedro Coruche, based in Porto, Portugal. Formal company incorporation is in progress; until then, any engagement is made directly with Pedro Coruche, on an individual basis.
2. Use of the site
- The site's content is for informational purposes about the services offered and does not, by itself, constitute a binding contractual offer.
- You agree to use the site lawfully, without interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access unauthorized areas or data.
- The contact and scheduling forms (Cal.com) are intended exclusively for genuine contact or diagnosis requests.
3. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, visual identity, logo, images and structure) belongs to CDC - Digital Projects or is used with due authorization. It may not be copied, redistributed or reused commercially without prior written permission.
4. Services provided
Diagnostic, Power BI, automation and applied AI services are defined on a case-by-case basis, through a specific proposal following the initial diagnostic call. The scope, timelines, deliverables and commercial conditions of each project are agreed in writing before work begins and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
5. Limitation of liability
The information available on the site, including blog articles and informational content, is provided "as is", without guarantees of permanent accuracy. CDC - Digital Projects is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's informational content, without appropriate professional validation.
6. Links to third parties
The site may contain links to third-party services (for example, Cal.com, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). CDC - Digital Projects does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external services.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data collected through the site is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the site or the services, the competent jurisdiction is the judicial district (comarca) of Porto, Portugal, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Alternative Dispute Resolution: in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). More information on the Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or the applicable law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
